Counselling for Adults
Life can present us with challenges and opportunities that knock us off course, make us question who we are and what life’s all about. You may be looking for support through a time of difficulty or wish to explore issues from your past which are causing you suffering, or find the courage to take new risks.
I work with adults feeling ‘stuck’ or confused, or experiencing difficulties with:
- relationships
- grief or loss
- depression
- stress
- work – life balance
- eating disorders
- low self esteem
- anxiety
- trauma and abuse,
- mid-life crisis,
- searching for meaning, identity
- looking to fulfill their potential.
I have a special interest in working with people who are seeking to live more creatively.
I use range of approaches to suit each individual’s preferences and needs.
