Women’s Circles and Workshops for Personal Development and Wellbeing
Monthly Women’s Circle for Women Between Stories.
The Open Door in Lewes,7.15-8.45pm starting 5th March
Gather in circle with other women to share stories of where you find yourself in the world now.
A chance to pause, reflect, be nourished, let go of your everyday roles, connect with inner and outer seasons and be. Circle is a gentle holding ritual for sharing and may also include guided meditations or visualisations, creative journalling prompts, archetypal stories linked to the seasons and life stages.
You are welcome, whether you are approaching a new phase of life – menopause, motherhood, eldering, new work or role, or relationship, or simply waiting for something new … or just wishing to connect to the natural rhythms of life and change.
£18.00 per session

Upcoming Workshops and Courses
I am in the process of developing courses and creative workshops for personal development and wellbeing. They will draw on psychological and archetypal themes and include opportunities for working with movement, story enactment, art-making, mindfulness, creative writing, sharing and collaboration. If you are interested, and would like to be added to my mailing list, please do get in touch.
Workshops for 2025 will aim to celebrate life seasons, creativity and explore life transitions.
Ideas include:
Artists Way
incorporating movement
Coming home to yourself
a six-week course focusing on the organic, cyclic nature of change and decision-making particularly for women
Ariadne’s Thread
a two-day workshop based on the myth, exploring letting go of the old and finding a new emergence
Your identity as a woman – exploring roles and dreams through the poetry of Carol Ann Duffy using movement, writing and art-making
Mandalas for Creativity and Wellbeing
As an experienced teacher, trainer and workshop facilitator, my approach to running workshops is interactive and flexible. I aim to combine focus on a core theme with space to be responsive to participants needs, and create a space in which people feel safe to take risks and explore.
